If you have received something damaged, dead on arrival, faulty or items that have been incorrectly sent, you can apply for a return and exchange, please send us an email with copy of the receipt, if goods are damaged, end us photos showing damaged goods via email to email@example.com
Our Warranty Department will issue you with a Return Authority Number via email. Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for processing. CountDown Deals cannot send out replacement goods until the faulty items has been received. Goods which are returned that are not deemed faulty will be returned to the customer. No Refund or exchange will be provided, if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong item.
