Order(s) with multiple items can arrive on different days, as some parcels are sent out individually.
Order(s) delivered to workplace must have Company/Business Name. Australia Post will not deliver without this information.
Tracking information is automatically sent by Australia Post to customers by email once the parcels are despatched and leave our warehouse. It is your responsibility to enter your email address correctly otherwise this information may not be received.

Australia Post will deliver item(s) under 22 Kgs by EPARCEL
Allied Express will be one of CountDown Deals freight Companies. Allied Express will deliver any item(s) over 23 kgs.
When you purchase goods from Countdown Deals the freight cost is automatically displayed as you progress through the purchase. Occasionally, CountDown Deals may offer capped shipping fee or even Free Shipping.

Pick Up Policy:
Only the cardholder can pick up purchased items for credit card transactions. We also need an ID and the credit card used for verification purposes to release the items.
